Returns and exchanges
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, you can easily do so via our returns portal.
How to do it:
- Click the profile icon in the web shop.
- Log in with the email address used at checkout.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email.
- Select the order and items you want to return or exchange.
- Select a reason for the return.
- Submit your return request.
Once your return is registered, you'll receive instructions for the return shipment.
Free size exchange
We always offer free size exchanges within Sweden.
If you'd like a different size, follow the same process above and select "Exchange".
Return shipping
A return fee of 99 SEK applies when returning items (not for exchanges). The fee is automatically deducted from the refund amount.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
When shopping with Humble Athletics, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
The withdrawal period begins the day after you, or someone receiving the item on your behalf, has received the last product in the order.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in any of the following ways:
- By using our digital "Cancel purchase" feature.
- By using our returns portal.
- By contacting us via email.
Once you've notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back.
Digital withdrawal feature ("Cancel purchase")
In accordance with EU consumer legislation, our website has a clearly accessible feature that lets you exercise your right of withdrawal digitally.
Through this feature you can:
- Identify your order.
- Specify which items are covered by the withdrawal.
- Confirm your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Once your request has been submitted, you'll immediately receive an automatic confirmation email with the date and time your withdrawal notice was received.
Condition of the item upon return
You have the right to examine and try on the item in the same way you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used more than necessary to establish its characteristics, function, or fit, or if it shows stains, Humble Athletics may deduct for any loss in value.
The product should be returned in reasonable condition with its original tags and packaging, where possible.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll refund the amount you paid for the items.
Upon an approved withdrawal or return, the following is refunded:
- The price of the product.
The following is not refunded:
- The 99 SEK return fee.
The refund is made using the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.
We process the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the return or receive proof that the item has been sent back.
Klarna
If you chose Klarna, we recommend registering your return or pausing your invoice in the Klarna app while the return is being processed, to avoid any reminder fees.
